โ โ โ โ โ Very poor service. The guy was rude and arrogant and not interested in serving us. As I needed a pair of spectacles urgently, I bought it but the lens were blurry.
I regret buying and I am never going back. Rude and not professional!

โ โ โ โ โ I tell, my eye needs prescription. Choose a frame first... Hmm, I need to examine my eye. oh, if you don't buy my glasses and lens, you have to pay for the prescription woh. Nothing is free in this world. Don't think I will visit again as this shop cares about business, not your eyes.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed w the shop service standard as a regular customer staying here for 20 over years.
I went for a eye check-up a few days back, the next few minutes after giving my specs to him to check, The guy(uncle) dropped my specs lens faced down without apologizing to me or show regrets at all with the female colleague beside.
Unprofessional! If he can't handle w care of customer specs, then he's not fit to be a optometrist. I didn't scold or get him to pay regretfully as I didn't want to make a fuss. Hope the owner sees this and can compensate my loss of time/loyalty.
Fyi, The previous long term optometrists are really better than the new workers.
