β β β β β Beautiful place with interesting food and extensive wine list that's bound to leave a huge mark on the Singapore f&b. Food menu had its hit and misses but the quirks on the presentation to lend them a local flavor were not lost on us (we were pleasantly surprised, expecting claypot chicken rice when our food was served to us!)
It has been a month and a half since opening but it's still quite impossible to book a dinner reservation till until the end of the booking window (2 months). Undoubtedly, it's disappointing to only be able to secure a reservation so rarely despite being part of a members-only club. Hopefully with time they can better manage the huge demand fairly to their members.
As pointed out by some reviewers, service definitely has room for improvement to be on par with other wine establishments in Singapore. Due to huge number of customers they had to serve on the main floor, the somms barely had time to describe the wines to the table and were mainly focused on topping up glasses of multiple tables with a smile. Hopefully, they will also allow us to view the bottles we ordered instead of quickly keeping them away after serving or when the bottle is finished. I barely touched the bottles we ordered ? (separation anxiety)
After 2+hrs we had to vacant our seats and were nicely ushered up to the naughty corner balcony to finish our drinks. This area unfortunately need alot more work. With only 2 roaming staff, it took a long time for our order to arrive and asking for water top-ups while waiting felt like a chore. The pleasant smiles we saw on the main floor were also visibly absent.
All in all, the ambience is unbeatable and the brand promise of a wine club for its members remains a goal to be fully achieved. I trust that with time, they would iron out the operations and deliver the superior wine experience we are all hoping for to be a true 5-star experience.

β β β β β Good wine list. Cheese platter and ceviche were good, octopus and hummus were okay. Had a smooth medium bodied Burgundy, highly recommend.

β β β β β I had high expectations for this exclusive (and elusive) wine club that has had so much hype. This being my second visit as a guest i was considering "becoming a member". The venue ambiance is lovely almost stratospheric. There is a richness and warmth and social vibe. Great feel. Unfortunately, being big on service and the experience. The staff from welcome to delivery are disappointing. I am hoping this is a teething/opening problem that will sort itself out. This is a shame cause all other aspects seem to work well. I am not sure the root cause of it. Perhaps, they cannot find the right talent, processes are messy or zones not established. But overall the outcome. is a shortfall in the experience. The service comes across disjointed and in a hit and miss fashion, and it feels like a work in progress. First, my welcome to venue, I was skipped over, but partly my fault perhaps, as i may not have stood out enough being 1 of 3 people waiting in line upstairs. Lucky, I was able to navigate myself and find my own table of friends. Service throughout the evening had staff moving around and taking / missing orders and people doing different things without having a clue what the other person or team member did. One example, we ordered dessert and another bottle then an additional staff informed us, we had to leave in 5 mins. Laisse Tomber. On the plus side Wine list is impressive, but I find the ipads a bit slow and the filters are not conducive to some of the stuff you might be looking for. but overall it might be more efficient. We opted for 3 wines, French Burg chardonnay, Oregon Pinot noir (by a french wine maker) and a Loire pope of Sav blanc with Javier influences. All lovely. Staff were not overly helpful/slightly disjointed and the whole organization seemed rather confused. Not the experience I would have hoped for, for such a lovely venue and holding the good brand name. Food was quite good. Standard flair and met expectations. I think there is good potential to improve and hoping the service standard and experience meets the level of expectation to the venue, name and wine list.

β β β β β Very good food here and even better wines. In fact, it's the first time I see top tier wines being served by the glass here (Ch. Margaux, etc.).
The wines here are priced very reasonably, although it's probably because they're already earning tons of fees from their membership programme.

β β β β β A few years ago, I had heard from a wine-lover who had just relocated to Singapore that 67 Pall Mall, a members-only wine club from London, was going to open in Singapore. Last Friday, thanks to an invitation from our friend, we had the opportunity to visit the newly launched @67pallmallsg for a fabulous wine-filled dinner.
Located at the penthouse level of Shaw Centre, it is a proper jaw-dropper in spatial design with an extraordinary wine tower taking pride of place in the high-ceilinged main area, a whisky bar on the mezzanine level that overlooks it through a wall of whisky bottles, and below that, modular-style private rooms to accommodate groups of different sizes. 67 Pall Mall Singapore also boasts some of the most commanding views of the surrounding Orchard and Scotts Road from the al fresco section of the whisky bar. Do watch my Reel to the end for my capture of the above.
While @kori_millar, @damo_rayan and their front-of-house team took great care of us all night long, Head Chef @alexzhu125 and his prepared a most wonderful feast that commenced with two kinds of crisp Tarte FlambΓ©e, one with mushroom and cheese, another with bacon, onion and cheese ($16++ each).
Then, a selection of starters that was pure temptation. While the picture-perfect PΓ’tΓ© En Croute with housemade pickles and seeded mustard was a delightful balance of richness and bright crunch ($28++), I was most impressed by the Bang Bang burrata ($26++). Embellished with a trio of peppercorns, crushed peanuts, sesame and black vinegar dressing, the creamy cheese became a flavour explosion which we were told to spread on cut-up pieces of βyou tiaoβ (fried dough stick) to enjoy. Head Chef Alexβs recent trip to London inspired the third item - a Crumpet heaped with pan-fried foie gras, veal sweetbread, pickled onion and chives, finished with a poultry jus ($32++). Since herbs and vegetables are grown around @67pallmallsg, and we spotted a Chef busy harvesting, Iβm sure some of those featured in what we ate.
The best of New Zealand seafood in a claypot was what Chef Alex brought out next. In the casserole were fresh garoupa fish that had just been delivered that morning, large little neck clams, housemade pork sausage, baby spinach and mushrooms in a flavourful
white wine broth ($36++). To ensure we could mop up every drop of it, there was garlic bread.
Hot off the Josper grill was paprika and sumac-spiced chicken thigh presented in a claypot. Chef @alexzhu125 only uses the antibiotic-free free-range Anxin GG French poulet ($20++) for this. We also had two red meats to share - a New Zealand Te Mana Lamb Rack Dijonnaise ($46++) which was flawlessly cooked to a lovely tenderness and not at all gamey, and the Toriyama Wagyu Ribeye from Akagi Japan which was pure perfection. I would vote for the latter if I had to pick a favourite.
The sides we had to complement the three meats included a Garden Salad with herbs, a magnificent Mushroom Ravioli with gruyere cheese ($12++ each) and smoky, charred Broccolini.
Chef @kelvinchia90 appeared to explain his desserts. There was a Yuzu Fromage ($16++), a delicate composition of cheese mousse, citrus dacquoise and honey yuzu gel, and a Chocolate GΓ’teau which packed an intense chocolate experience with chocolate cake and chocolate mousse coming together. Both plated with raspberry sorbet for a refreshing fruity element. We also had cute 67 Petits Snickers to nibble on. But the dessert that knocked me off my feet was the Rhubarb Prata. It was an outstanding creation of buttery crispiness and a bright luscious filling.
Trust our host to choose two incredible wines, of which one was our personal favourite - the Vega Sicilia Unico.
Tβwas a spectacular evening at @67pallmallsg in more ways than one.

β β β β β Amazing ambience and views - the type of place that youβd want to be at on a Friday evening rocking up the cool new bar in town with your friends. Wine list was extensive and thereβs something for everyone (region, varietal, price range). Food was average and nothing really stood out, the central air-con at the bar area was really strong and blows directly at us (bring a shawl/jacket!)- food was cold in a matter of minutes which was pretty sad. Rooftop bar was nice and chic too with great selection of cocktails.

β β β β β Place ain't done up yet, but this is definitely something of huge potential. The number of wines that they're bringing in, to the story and networks backing them up. Niels Sherry is such an amazing host, and a great hotelier / storyteller. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him, and cannot wait for this place to be properly done up in August 2021.

β β β β β 67 Pall Mall is an Exclusive club, members only, with a focus on fine wines. Located on the 33rd floor of the Shaw Centre, there are stunning views over Orchard Rd and the city. The ambience, with its high ceilings and Art Deco styling gives you a sense of timeless class. We had a 2-course lunch with the White Asparagus soup (in season), and my host had the Turbot and I enjoyed the Sea Bass. The fish was exquisite, and the side vegetables and garnishes were perfectly balanced. The NZ Chardonnay was the perfect accompaniment for a lovely business lunch. This is a special place, with attentive staff. Upstairs there is a whiskey bar to sample a wee dram or enjoy a cocktail. Book early, as the popular time slots are booked out many weeks in advance.
