★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manicurist seemed to be inexperience. Went for classic pedi, dead skin at my heels was not properly scrub off. When prompted to clear up some of the deadskin at my last toe, she told me to purchase a ointment to apply which i find it unnecessary at all.. This will be my first and last visit!

I went for a classic mani and classic pedi. The staff spent less than 10min on the mani and same amount of time on the pedi. Didn’t want to use machine to dry the coat and try to sell quick dry top coat instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is rare that I write negative reviews, as I believe retailers deserve a second chance. With this store, it was hard to do that. I was given a $150 manicure voucher last year. As I was heavily pregnant, I could not utilise it and after my baby came, it was even harder to find time, as I was a new mum and my father fell critically ill. Six months came and went, and when I asked the store if I could use the voucher after expiry, and if they could make an exception for a new mum with a recently deceased immediate family member. They said no, and insisted I buy a new package more than twice the price of my voucher to use the credit. I cannot comment on their services as I did not visit the store. But I am disappointed at the mercenary nature of the people running it. Its hard to praise a store with so little empathy for its customers.
