First time here to do henna indigo for my hair. Topped up for the hot oil massage too. I requested for Ms Poonam and her scalp massage was out of the world good. I've been looking everywhere for good scalp massage and I think I finally found it. ? Ms Poonam was meticulous and gentle with the application of henna indigo on my hair too. It's not easy as my hair is kinda dry and long. She'd check on me often and asked if I'm okay and if my hair was being tugged. I really appreciate it. ? The outcome was really nice. My hair has dark brown and burgundy tones in it. When I did henna in the past, it always looked too orangey or bright after washing it off. I guess the indigo really took effect with the henna. ? My hair is mid back length and I went for henna indigo and hot oil service, it costs $150. I think it's reasonable, you can further off set it by getting the package deal. I'll definitely be visiting regularly. Thanks Bonita. ? ❤

Stumble by this amazing service provider Bonita at Orchid hotel & One Raffles Place, my first-time experience went to Bonita branch @ Orchid Hotel met Ms Uttu and Ms Fatima who have been so friendly and kind to cater to my needs and Ms Fatima move to One Raffles place since then she's my go-to saviour for all my waxing and threading services! I must emphasise how hard to find an incredible service provider who is consistent with kindness, gentleness and patience beautician for my services and her skill and experiences adequately cater to my needs especially when I have super sensitive skin and a low pain threshold. Every waxing and threading session my face will flare up and sore, she's always know how to get cooling gel and ice to help me calm my skin!! Both branches are very clean and hygienic with a simple and cosy feel interior. Thank you Bonita for always making my appointment successful!

Visited Bonita for the first time to color my hair with henna. I was served by Utpala and I have nothing but raving compliments for her! Totally satisfied with her service and professionalism! Throughout the visit, she was very attentive to my needs and I even got a free neck massage from her after she washed out the henna because she said I must be very tired after sitting there for nearly 3 hours. Thank you so much Utpala! :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial today at Bonita Raffles Place. It was done by Fatimah, who was very gentle with my sensitive skin. She is also very detailed and skillful with her facial routine and made me feel so comfortable. Knowing my extremely dry skin, she recommended the best treatment for me. The massage was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend her! The place was also very clean. It felt and smelt like a luxury spa! Am gonna make this a monthly routine now. Thank you Fatimah!

I moved to Singapore 2 years ago, since then I am using Bonita's almost all services. Extremely happy with their service. They have very polite and humble staff. In fact I suggested their services to few of my friends and they are too happy with them. For me they are 10/10.
