Highly recommend Sozo Clinic! Fenny was very knowledgeable and clear in her explanations of the various treatments. Service is 10/10! She also explained any downtime for the treatments, and could recommend what suited my skin best.

Wanted to share my experience and give feedback to this clinic based on my skin journey here. So I found this clinic through Google, it’s number 1 based on laser skin research and the reviews seem legit. Went there to make an appointment & met Dr Justin who’s basically pretty sweet and explain my whole skin situation to me. He broke down 3 different (or two..I don’t remember much) laser treatments that will help me reduce my scars but was realistic that they will not completely go away. I was ok with this, I just wanted the obvious scars to not look bad as I was dealing with bad skin all my life. The total amount came on how much everything was going to be and I was shocked..but was willing to give this a try. So for overall I got maybe 7 or 8 sessions? (Don’t remember precisely as this was 2-3 years ago) and paid about $11K++ sgd. Remember this was also pricey because it was also different treatments in 1 session. Did I wish this was cheaper? Of course. But according to Google this clinic was the best so I willing to take out my savings for this. Dr Justin was nice enough to let pay this in installments over a period of 3 months . Anyways months go by and I do the sessions once a month. Downtime takes a few days for the redness and red spots to calm down. Dr Justin is super gentle and talks you through the whole process. Some injections are super painful (even though they do put numbing cream on your face before each treatment). I was honestly quite surprised after each session the whole aftercare you get is a small tube of moisturizer ??‍♀️? But what do I know right. After each session the ladies in the front desk would message and check up to see how your skin is doing which was good. Almost a whole year goes by and then the pandemic hit so I lose contact with this clinic. I pretty much use up all my laser sessions. After almost a whole year and a bit of not seeing this clinic I message them again to see if I was able to have a follow up session with Dr Justin, to see if it was included in my packet (I mean I did pay a lot of money for this clinic..can’t I have a final session to see where my skin is at after doing their treatments?) but was told another session to him would be $70++. Huh. No thank you. That left a really bitter taste in my mouth. It should include in a package a final session where he can show you the comparison of what your skin looked like before and after, I mean they do document everything from day 1. So why not include it at the end without me having to pay more to see him? Anyways, my skin journey here left at a bitter note. Would I pay more money here to do more skin treatments here? Based on the results from my sessions here I honestly don’t know. I don’t see a massive change in my skin (for the amount that I paid I expected more scars to disappear) but then again how will I know properly since I never got my final session with Dr Justin ? Last week was my last session with Sozo Aesthetic, and I must say that 10 months of going through all the sessions were all worth it! My journey started September 2021 and my main concern back then was the visible pores around my T-Zone. After going through a consultation with Dr. Justin, I found out that my skin was also very dry. The only skin care routine I did back then was doing facial wash. I was given 5 sessions of CO2 Laser and Chemical Peel. The CO2 Laser is meant to remove scars and minimize the pores, while the Chemical Peel is for exfoliation. Yes, there is a downtime/recovery period after the CO2 Laser. Mine took around 6-7 days before my skin has fully recovered. However, this varies from person to person. The Chemical Peel on the other hand has no downtime. During the entire sessions and recovery periods, I also learnt how to take proper care of my skin. From just using a facial wash, to using toner, moisturizer, and most importantly, sunblock. I even use facial mask now! I used to steer away from all these because I find it too feminine. But seeing how my skin has gradually improved from each session while doing proper skin care routine, all I felt was regret. I should have taken care of my skin the way I do now when I was younger. Nonetheless, it is never too late. I wish to thank Dr. Justin for accommodating me and for taking care of my skin. I also want to thank Fenny Lem for doing all my chemical peel sessions. She is very friendly and helpful. She has given me good advises on how to take care of my skin. She's also the reason why I started using facial mask. Absolutely one of the gems of Sozo. I want to thank Celina as well for the follow up chats after each and every session. Below is my before and after photos - 10 months apart.

Great experience . The nurse and dr. Are very nice . The dr. Does not hard sell his product which is good . He straight to my points and told me want to know . And no hidden cost . Highly recommended .

Highly recommended Dr Justin in doing dermal filler! He has a keen eye for details.every step of the way he help me understand what needs to be done for my face. Great experience! Did acne scar treatment with Dr Justin around 2 years back. My scars has improved a lot and overall skin texture is definitely smoother. Dr Justin is nice and skilful, the nurses are friendly and attentive. No hard sell, no hidden charges. Recommended!

The team at Sozo are professional, welcoming, patient and helpful. The treatments are effective and reasonably priced. I also really appreciate their operational efficiency, I never had to wait very long for my appointments, or spend too much time on any treatment. I highly recommend Sozo for your clinical aesthetic needs.

Highly recommend Dr. Justin as your dermal filler injector! Felt amazing after doing the dermal filler injection. I had done eyebags correction and cheek and chin enhancement. Looked younger immediately, I regained my confidence. Hardly felt a thing, well worth every cent! Will definitely come back to try their other treatments.
