★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the 20th July 2022 bought an umbrella from the store. Served by an old lady. On that day was heavy rain and strong wind. To cut story short, while using the umbrella, it broke due to the strong wind.
So on the 21st July 2022 went again to the store and told the old lady. Said to her nicely my experience. But showing a not happy face she comes and told me it was my fault. Claiming not her fault and blame me it was my fault. She even ask me to talk to the manager.
Me being the customer, not wanting to prolong the argument, I walk off. I am using money to pay for the umbrella here.?
Please do advise your staff.
