★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 这家店那个孟加拉店员服务态度特别差！！！之前我在这边冲过starhub，也经常会去买东西，昨天我去充话费，排队到我这里，我说我充话费，结果他告诉我不能充，我正常问他我之前在这里冲过，为什么现在不能充？他没有解释原因也没有说不好意思之类的话，就粗暴地告诉我不可以充，还没等我再说其他话，他就非常大声的说下一个顾客！这是我遇到过服务态度最差的7-11，导致我对7-11印象特别差。如果是因为顾客多的话，你说句抱歉，现在人比较多没有充值业务，ok我可以理解，退一步讲，难道买东西付钱的就是顾客，充话费的排队的就不是顾客？希望这么大的连锁店能管理好店员的服务态度，

I wish they provide a basket of sorts to put items in for billing, as it is quite a hassle to keep multiple items in 2 hands.

2 friends bought 4 items of 2 flavors with a "2/$11" type of promotion and she scanned the different types separately to charge a higher price.
We called her out mid-transcation and she said "no, already done".
