β β β β β im not one to complain, but been buying here for the past 3 years since i work around here. the staffs here are a bit unfriendly as compared to the one right outside the Somerset mrt station. one of the staff even threw my cup noodles on the till point and didnt even bother to say sorry. look i get u have a bad day, but dont drag people along with your problems and ruin other peoples day. thank you to the staffs that are always nice!

β β β β β Extremely rude stuff, more specifically the auntie cashier. My friends and I were looking for products to purchase when this old auntie chased us out of the place. It was most probably she saw as annoying youths but this is ahe discrimination right there. You should learn how to put down your bias views when working and treat all customers equally.

β β β β β 80% of the time the staff are rude. throwing stuff on the counter and also shouting at me? been coming here for quite some time and there have been some encounters which are not pleasant at all. other days, there are some friendly staffs.

β β β β β I had no idea that eating wasn't allowed in 7/11. So i was munching on my last tiny bit of cracker in front of the beverage section. Thinking of which drinks to buy as well. Suddenly heard someone on my right side "oi, oi!" When i turned, the staff was actually calling me oi -_- then i said "what?" He told me no eating here. I seriously did not know and it was an honest mistake. I would have apologize and go on with my drink selection. But after the RUDE interection with the staff, I got a huge turn off. I mean there's a way to talk and let customer know, shouting oi to get attention is not it. ?
