โ โ โ โ โ Very very very bad customer service,I am a foodpanda delivery driver.i went there to collect order on Friday(12/11/21) in the midnight.there was a lady with gold hair age around 50+.she told me some items is not available,I told her why not you call customer to inform some of the items is not available.at lease customer can decide to cancel her order or continue with the order.she say she is not going to call customer and ask me to call.i only have the customer details after I pick up the order,I can't pick up the order due to some items is not available.She just accept the order items which she have and ask me the take the Order.i ask for her name,she don't give and ask me go complaint if I'm not happy.before me got 1 customer wanted to do payments.she tell the customer if you can wait you wait,if you can't wait you can don't buy.This lady customer service is really sucks to the max.
