The call center were too fast and effective at expedite my date to earliest date as possible as my Vax date is expired soon. If l not wrong her name was Shi Ting. Keep up a good work?? NEMG.

M	Ming Hung Er on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst clinic I have ever been. There's no system of patient management. Have to Q outside along the corridor. While the aircon area indoor is empty. If not for the fact that there is no other open clinic in the vicinity, I wouldn't come to it at all.

When asked nicely to the nurse on waiting time as I was feeling unwell... they responded w frustration. Understand they have only 2 pax and might be understaffed but response was stress and not v nice. This can be improved. Waiting time around ~1.5 hr s to take art test.
R	Ron Gabito on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor seems to be in a rush and just want to get over with it. It’s like joining a noontime show and you only have seconds to describe your symptoms. He said there’s no hay in Singapore so It’s impossible to have hay fever. ? I’ll just try to find other clinic around my area next time. The staff are friendly though so that’s a consolation.
F	Faizal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife brought daughter to see the doc. Went in to register but was told to queue outside. Waited for 1h and finally reached the front of the line. But told she cannot see doctor because she didn’t register. Very poor communication and callous service, especially to a young patient. Will probably not visit again even though it’s covered by my company insurance. The doctors are very good though but it’s a pity that the clinic assistants are not up to standard.

You don't get to see a regular doctor there and seems to me those on duty are often rushing through with consultations. Perhaps by bringing down the bar of our expectations, we won't be disappointed. That said, I would like to express my appreciation of the nurses at Northeast Kallang for their patience and help despite the long queue of patients waiting to see the doctor. One who particularly caught my attention on my recent visit, was a young male nurse who never seemed to be flustered by heavy workload and is kind, patient and helpful. Thumbs up! You have more than made up for the bad experiences I've had with the doctors here in the past.
N	Nor Farahana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there to do ART test for pre departure.. i said i make a call many times during day until night but nobody answer… this chinese staff very rude to me and shout to me strictly no without appointments…and shout again said need to do appointment first before coming.. then i said how to do appointments? All of u never answer call..then she ask when my departure time loudly and shout to me… btw…why u need to say loud and scream in front all people.. i hope she will lose her job.. very rude.. i think maybe she deaf because she didn’t hear i call many times…i will never come here again.. not recommended if u want friendly staff..
