★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return visit to clinic after 2 weeks because of fever, worse than the first.
Informed doctor that there were red spots - some 5 of them gathered on my left wrist which he missed when I first visited.
Dr Michael Lee's prescription is very effective ?
The second time, he gave stronger fever medicine.
But now, the red spots are all over my limbs and there are some 7 of them gathering at my left knee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff was nice. but this doctor is only interested to rush you out of his office so he can earn as much money from other patients as quickly as possible. Horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess it might be due to increase in covid cases hence the 3 hours of waiting time to see the doctor. This I can understand, but what puzzled me was, why the doctor swab test 1st my left and right nose and ended in my throat by the same stick(oh myy ....disgusting or not?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's 2012. Was sick and not recovering after 3 visits at a Bedok South clinic. My sister then suggested to see Dr Lee. He immediately knew it's drug overdose. Since then, we've been seeing Dr Lee. It's a 30-minute bus ride from our place.
Also, my elderly mum who stays near the clinic also see Dr Lee. She usually go alone and Dr Lee and staff have been kind and patience with her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying my luck with 3-4 clinic finally someone answered my call at this clinic at 6.30 today and was informed, “we are closed…” before even I could say anything…. Tried my luck with another clinic in the same lane as this one and reached there around 7.15 and Boom! The Spring Medical Clinic is still open! Not crowded had 2-3 patients and no idea why was I informed that the clinic is closed..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though not the friendliest guy, I think Dr Michael and his staff have many merits.
What I like:
- Dr Michael listens and is thorough in his examination
- Consultation fee is reasonable
- Dr Michael doesn't prescribe medicine unnecessarily (unlike some unethical doctors I've come across)
- waiting time isn't too ridiculous
What I think can be improved:
- Punctuality of staff
- Friendliness (more smiles; customer service pays off)
I'm guessing the consultation fee is kept relatively lower than most places because there are many low income families/ elderly living here and not all are entitled to social welfare/ chas benefits. That makes me feel that this doctor has a ♥ for the people.
