β β β β β Do not use them. We paid for the replacement of the zip of a jacket. The proprietor assured me it would be a premium zip. In the end only the pull buckle was replaced. When I picked up the jacket I specially confirmed the replacement job and the proprietor did not say anything. I only discovered the discrepancy after I returned home.

β β β β β 1. Overcharge - claim that pants has 2 layers, $8 per layer. Charged me $16. (I wouldn't mind paying more for a good service outcome. But...refer to point 2.)
2. Lack basic skills + Bad service + Self absorb attitude -
Repeatedly bloat she's a perfectionist with her work, but fail to shorten pants to agreed length.
Wore pants for seamstress to do her markings, BUT outer layer of pants still turned out wayy too long. When ask to redo, seamstress proceed to blame it on me for not "checking" on her markings, and demanded another $10 redo fees.
Stated that I should have check on markings AGAIN when I returned to collect pants. Very unprofessional and lack of skills.
I suspect she did not sew the outer layer to find opportunity for redo fees.
