β β β β β Long time customer of this place. Consultants can hard sell. I add on treatment on my last visit 26 Sept and booked my appointment for today 17 Oct and they screwed up my booking. Did not even make a booking for me until I asked about the appointment n told I have no booking

I can really feel the difference of my skin after the first session. Would definitely recommend. ?

But hard to book her weekend appointment and only have my full body massage on alternate week. Thank Brenda for following up on my account. there is always room for improvement :)

β β β β β The staff and the lady who did my treatment werenβt friendly. They attract you in with the trial but right before the treatment, theyβll say you need to upgrade this and that. Moreover, the treatment for my back was super ineffective. It got a billion times worse and my back has never been this bad ever! >< when the lady was doing the treatment, she was really rough too. Save your cash and go elsewhere.

The 2 other ladies who did our treatments were Jenny and Yunni. They were so professional, friendly and did the job well :) Will return again soon! Keep up the good work!

β β β β β Iβm a customer for a period of time, from 2020 to this year(if not wrong) with 8 medic Dhoby Ghaut, estheticians mostly are good. I have tell one of the esthetician (person who help do facial) Iβm planning to go back to Malaysia.
However, the sales consultant there still doing hard sell. Have the record, but donβt have enough proof for this but feelβ¦

β β β β β Lots of hard selling by the consultant. Went there for a $28 promo treatment, but pre consultation they told me it was not suitable for my skin because it was too βharshβ for my skin type (I wanted a brightening treatment). Consultant then proceeded to recommend me >$100 facials which I did not need nor want. I ended up caving and not going for the original treatment I intended for. Their extraction was also one of the most painful Iβve been to as compared to other facial clinics. I would not recommend as will not be back again.
