I have been a regular client if this place last 10 over years. My every week personal grooming in this place with beautician like Nidhi in Marsilling outlet who is kit only warm and friendly and patient but also highly skilled in what she is doing. Love the place and love Nidhi’s expertise to make me feel refreshed and good every time I visit there ?

Reasonable price and very skilled. Both the ladies were very friendly. Overall a good experience. I will return. ?

I went down today to do my eyebrow threading. Bought a package with them previously but they did a terrible job. I had to go home to pluck the excess hairs out by myself. My friends ended up waiting for me for more than 20 minutes as I had to tell her to thread the hairs properly. Is it really so hard? Do note that they do not clean their hands at all. I saw the girl using her handphone before attending to other customers. She touches her clothes, her phone and then other people’s faces. I want a refund for my package and I am not coming down here ever again.

the first thing i noticed was that the lady who attended to me did not sanitise her hands after doing an eyebrow threading service on the customer before me. prior to covid-19 times, this is considered very unhygienic and unsanitary but considering the fact that we are in a pandemic this is just unacceptable. before i could sound anything out she had already started threading my eyebrows. the next thing that was a concern was that after she was finished, there were several sparse hairs remaining near my eyebrows and i asked her to thread the hairs out as they appeared very untidy. she did so unwillingly but i had to repeatedly ask her as she did not do a clean job. i noticed that there was a very noticeable hair remaining at the tip of my eyebrow which did not fit into my eyebrow shape. when i asked her to thread it out, she informed me that she only can do threading within the shape of my eyebrows… i really don’t understand. in the end, i had to go some place else to tidy up the job that she should have done properly in the first place. you can honestly find a better service and standard for a lower price paid. furthermore the staff was not only uninterested but clearly has no customer service training whatsoever. i truly do not recommend ?? will not be coming back.

Amazing experience - 1st time threading my eyebrows. It took around 3 minutes. She went exactly on my shape, so it looked amazing. Also, you could see she is very skilled by her very fast and precise moves. The indian lady - i suppose she is the owner - is very sociable. The threading was also very cheap - 8 sgd. Furthermore, what impressed me is that they have a loyalty program online, so you can actually top up and pay from your account!!! Totally recommend it. They also do waxing.

I would like to say thank you so much for the great service from the staff name Vijay she was very professional with her work and it was really comfortable to keep coming back to the store . Truly happy and looking forward for the next session.

Been going to this place for eyebrow threading for years and the beauticians are skilled. This gem is hidden in Bugis Street Market level 2 and provides many other services. Shoutout to beauticians vani and jeeya for their excellent service.
