Calm community. Excellent maintenance. Pool is a highlight to this place. Lovely place to live in.

An excellent condominium complex in a nice neighbourhood roughly equidistant from Potong Pasir and Woodleigh stations on the North East Subway line. It's just two/three stations from Little India and two/one stations from NEX shopping centre in Serangoon. Beautiful facilities and an amazing pool.

Very accessible as it’s close to Potong Pasir and Woodleigh stations, plus there’s a bus stop right in front of the condo. Close to Nex mall, shops and supermarkets at Potong Pasir. The area is not very congested if you compare with some other areas in Singapore but it may change soon with more new HDB on the way. Condo facilities are ample, the swimming pool is not so crowded on weekends. Problem with booking the tennis courts, seems like it’s always pre booked in advance for lessons and other groups and it’s very difficult to book a slot

As what others have mentioned previously, this condo is right smacked in between Potong Pasir and Woodleigh stations - which is great for accessibility reasons along the purple line. As we were driving to this place, it was slightly hard to see this condo from a far as it was nicely concealed with trees and bushes. I had a chance to visit a 2 bedroom unit which was spacious enough - considering all the new (not yet TOP) condo are asking for a higher psf for a smaller unit. My only negative feedback is that the unit had a open kitchen layout (which I'm not a fan of), the rubbish chute is in the kitchen, and it is very close to the international school. In fact, the balcony was facing the rooftop of the school which left a bit of sour taste and eliminate any pleasant thought of relaxing at the balcony. I however liked that this condo has multiple pool facilities, and the last time I was here on a Sunday afternoon - the pool was still very much underutilized (which is a great benefit for condo with lesser units and more privacy). If you are comparing this vs. Sennett and Nin residences, this is a no brainer to purchase /or rent since it is by far much better than the rest mentioned above. That said, I would suggest you hold off until you get a chance to see the upcoming Woodleigh residences (done by a more reputable company)
