★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security guard don't welcome food delivery person into the condo and will ask bicycle, ebike, motorcycle to be parked on pedestrian pavement outside the condo. Avoid sending food to this condo if possible. Not worth parking on the pavement and break the law and loss money as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo with few people. Swimming pool is nice and surroundings are very convenient. Got Prime, FairPrice, Sheng Song supermarket. McDonald’s and KFC is also available within 5mins walk. Just some of the rooms are too close to the highway. Very noisy all day long.
