Stayed here for 2.5 years, property manager was not good as basically it is easy to find the light bulbs are off for 6 months in the major entrance without replacement but recently changed the staff, hope will be better. Bird noise is loud in the evening and early morning. Recently found that the design of β€œShared balcony” is really bad as the apartment I stayed is shared with my neighborβ€˜s balcony which only has an aluminium screen separated. As just changed of new neighbors (both opposite and side) who does smoke frequently and the strong cigarette smoke was directed penetrating through the aluminium screen(blade)to the balcony then into my apartment so I have to shut all the windows in the balcony for 24 hours to avoid the smoke getting into my apartment, will not stay here after the rental contract ended as I am afraid it will affect our health and I believe enjoying fresh air is the basic right to stay in an apartment but with the selfish neighbors behaviour(if they think the cigarette smoke is good they can smoke inside the apartment), I cannot enjoy the Singapore fresh air.

Just move in for 3 months. Found that dengue alert is always in red around this condo but not many proactive actions has been taken by the management office. The bird noise is extremely annoying in early mornings and evenings, there is no action taken to trim the tree. Plus, the Carpark is underground and no ventilation system is on, the machines are there and none of them near block 31 & 33 is switching on. Talking to neighbors, one of them has raised to management office while the manager replied it’s wasting the electricity. But I observed that some of the machines near block 37 is on occasionally, probably is the order from some of the owners in block 37, as my neighbors said management office only concern about the owner’s comments but not for the occupants. I was a bit shocked as the rent paying to the landlord already included the management fee, how come occupants comments are not listened ? Weird .... Especially during the COVID-19, better ventilation is good for everyone using the Carpark, and I always see couriers are keeping their engine on for a long time and distributing their good to different people in the condo. Anyway, not recommended to stay here if there are some alternatives.

3 year condo but maintenance is bad, lighting in the side gate has run off for year without replacement. The chair near swimming pool is spoiled and my friend was being injured with the spoiled chair. Be careful to use the facility here. Bad management office manager, while his work actually is not to standard, management standards even lower than HDB. Walk around and visit more times before rent or buy.

Great condo. Really pretty particularly at night when fountains and pavement lights are on. Very nice pool and bbq area as well!

This condo have 300 plus units. The bigger one after poiz. I like the feel and comfortable spacing in the communal areas. Worthy to consider for own stay

Agreed with others comments, like Airbnb, neighbors are changing fast, some are rented to many students. Management office manager is arrogant, he cannot tell which things are important to handle, he only focus on his idea, obviously not a well trained property manager, and this condo changes manager frequently as they are not to standard while junior staff are friendly and hardworking. Go for viewing and walk around, wait 7:30 pm to listen to peaceful birds party sound. Corridor is messes, worse than HDB, don’t rent or even buy it. You will regret. Previous managers are lazy, arrogant, they do not focus to perform well on the condo maintenance security issue. They just act like a boss to spend the money, don’t buy Sennett Resident, you will regret forever.

Super noisy bird sound each day after 7:30 pm, and they will scream at midnight anytime if they is a supercar or motorcycle engine sound passed by. Management office is not taking any action against it by trimming the tree branches or any correction approaches. But the management office manager is only eager to do what he wants like checking tenant in and out record, a condo manager should be focus on satisfying tenants needs. Don’t buy or rent it. You will regret forever. Architecture design wrong, management office not professional, environment with birds noise 7x24. HDB maintenance and service quality is much better than this management office manager. Those good comments maybe they just still there for a short period of time or even a visitor or property agent that never stay long. Plus inconsiderate neighbors making messes corridors, management office manager is only do what he wants with his power instead of basic things to manage the environment well. This situation happens for years, it’s occurred in each block, if interested, go viewing to see the public area and it tells you why you will definitely regret to buy or rent it. No improvement for last few years, change manager and security guard, security guard will allow strangers to pass through the gate to-and-from the condo as a shortcut to the Potong Pasir MRT near main entrance of Carpark, security guard will let you in without hesitation. Their is another side guard near block 31, no guard as well. Many strangers in and out for shortcut to and from Pheng Geck Avenue and Serangoon Road. The condo area is very windy, 90% from east side, so if your unit is closed to Serangoon Road which is 90% at the downside of the wind, so a neighbour at the upstream is enjoying a cigarette in the balcony or close to the window, you then will suffer heavy cigarette smoke for at least 5 mins, if you are lucky you only enjoy the second hand smoke for less than 5 times, if not, then better to close the balcony doors, that means you purchase the balcony but cannot use it.

People mentioned nice pool as it is located at 7/F, no guard there so if you are swimming alone and no one there you will die. As no guard or staff in that floor, the facilities are old and even broken, beware of the sunshine chairs, most of them are not working. And management office manager is arrogant and he just want to do what he wants, so no regular guard patrol and looking after the swimming pool, dead birds or other animals or insects are always found in the swimming pool. So, is it safe swimming in this condo pool ? Is it a bonus point when living there? I lived there 5 years and I cannot stand for the property managers, all managers are not to standard. Not focus on basic security, hygiene thing. In conclusion, buy good developers property such as CXL, XL…., they will have their own property management company so better management
