Engaging 81 Aircon has been a really smooth and pleasant transaction for me. Simone is always responsive when I had any queries, providing multiple quotations according to my housing needs. Installation of my System 4 A/C was also done professionally by the two technicians. Would definitely recommend 81 Aircon for anyone who is still unsure of who to engage.

Very responsive on WhatsApp queries. Their prices for re-use piping is one of the lowest I found. Though in the end, I replaced my piping also for peace of mind. Mitsubishi Electric System 4. Assigned the great experienced pairing of S and M to do the installation for me. Arrived punctually. Take pride in their work. From what I observe, workmanship is good - had a section where old pipes went behind my wardrobe and need to be reused, they solder the copper wire together and did the soap water test on the joint to check for leaks before closing the section. Workmanship is very important for aircon installation as leaks in the casing later would be headache to diagnose. While removing old casing, some plaster came off. After installation, S also patch back nicely. Do note they dun do painting. I checked out their material used. See photos. 0.71mm thickness copper pipe is 22G. And 1/2 inch armaflex. So they never bluff on materials used. Only wish they accept credit card payments. Happy to recommend this company to others. Need not always go to the major yellow brand using Malaysia workers and wait long long for installation. As this company is smaller, I think the workers are more accountable and more responsible. The person on WhatsApp encouraged me to write a review for them but did not give any incentive for doing so, so this is genuine review. Many thanks to S and M for good work done!

I have chosen between audio house and 81 Aircon. I read their reviews before deciding to choose them They are fast and professional .came on time. So far their worksmanship is also excellent Installation takes less than 10 days where other company requires me to wait for one to two months due starmex Mitsubishi is out of stocks. Their price is also reasonable Definitely will use them again

Happy to have my Daikin aircon R32 installed by 81 Aircon, their team lead by Siva is able to accommodate our special requirement about pipe run and showing very good workmanship and attitude, highly recommended!

Took too long to install a System 3 in a hdb flat. From 9.45am to 8.30pm. 12 hrs for a new installation is a joke! They came for site survey before the installation. They are still patching the holes at the compressor area and I'm the one that brought up the issues when they're about to leave at 7.30pm. They damaged my window panel too. If I didn't check their work, I've to pay someone else to do the rectification? I'm paying for aircon installation not for suffering. Don't patronize them seriously. Or at your own risk!

Pick this team as reviews was good. Was a bit worried at first as good contractors are hard to find, but all turn out fine. Work was done professionally by Mohammad, Shahin n team. They were patience n polite to answer all questions n doubts. Sales Simone was patience to sort out our AC system configurations n even go extra miles to get a system when original supplier got no stock. Site manager Steven also gave profesional input on system set up. Hope they keep up the good work n good teams. Will sure recommend them for more works. Cheers.

Site inspection Mr Steven came on time. Professional advise were given and prices quoted reasonable. Value for money compared with the big mall quoted. Salesperson Ms ivy was friendly and patience. Will recommend anyone that are interested to install aircon. Installer are very hardworking n able to complete on time.
