★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charged extra $180 for air-con installation for ”special equipment” on top of the $3099 price quoted for the air-con, during installation, it was done normally by going through the window direct to air-con ledge. Nothing special. I keep asking what was the special equipment they did for my installation but no explanation was given.
Had to chase them for 4 months to get refund of $180.
Very dishonest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Very poor installation and very poor attitude towards their work. Heavy leakage were reported but till now very quiet. New trunking were also has hammering marks creating waves with rough edges. Haha
During installation, and that was after my renovation, my marble flooring at 2 places were badly damaged with cracks by them placing the metal brackets hard on the floor. My new ceiling fan which was placed on the floor was broken by stepping, deep scratch on my nyatoh wooden door happend while bringing the metal bracket into my room for installation, broke my new wall tiles in my prayer room while fixing the trunking and many more. Very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor workmanship. Aircon installed for more than six months still leaking. Come to repair several times but doing half hearted job. Keep blaming others.
Actually if all piping wrapped properly there will be no condensation and thus no water leaking. But they refused to listen due to lack of knowledge.
