★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Bought an aircon unit from a sales guy from IMM who gave misleading info. The aircon unit was too long for my narrow wall (he was informed about the length of the wall) and the unit was also not properly aligned when installed. When I made a complaint, the same sales guy started pushing responsibility. They even asked me to pay for the re-alignment fees which I refused to. Will never patronize them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Gain City (IMM) to enquire about air-con installation. The staff Mr Alvin Teo attended to us. He was polite, good product knowledge, recommended air-con that suit our need. He even advised us to use latitude app to take advantage of the cash back. A service staff with the customer point of view, we are very impressed and pleased with his service.

Pushing responsibility from different departments.Wall newly paint is damaged took 3 time Annual leave to fit into their time just to troubleshoot! Till now still not rectify expect me to fit into their time again.Technician told me can only on 24/25 degree video record down! Will write in to relevant authorities to lodge a complaint! Not recommended email no replied too over the weekend !
