★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and rude staff. Told the auntie that she missed out a part slightly above my ear, only to get lectured by her that it’s done and it’s my eyes playing trick on me.
Had to get home and trim it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude lady with purple hair staff. Nonsense attitude and definitely cant handle child. Gets very temper with customers. I demand for the boss number but she wont give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a hair cut, the lady recommended me for coloring. I ask her how much, she told me $128.
After coloring, when blow drying my hair, she told me the color doesn't go into my hair. My hair turn out to be top half yellowish & black bottom half. She told me to recolor again & charge me additional $25.
Guess what?!!!!!! After 3.5 hours in the salon, my hair color was back to original, same as before I went into the salon.
As if I had spent $153 for a haircut. Joke of the year.
I request for receipt, told me no receipt. @IRAS kindly audit this company!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hair was just 1 inch below my earlobes (it's medium hair length) and I was charged XL hair length ($16) price for trimming. No wash & blow, just cut! Whatever you see on the pricelist is fake! Trim not straight. Definitely not going to this salon even though it's convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience with hairstylist name Kristel (Purple Colour Hair). She provide a professional advice on my hair styling and trim my hair with a very carful manner. I was satisfy with the service with the amount charge!! Recommend to have your service over there with Kristel.
