Very rude staff. While I was waiting for my turn outside, 2 more people entered who were immediately entertained, apparently because they wanted something more than mere haircut. When a seat became empty, I entered and tha male staff very rudely pointed me to sit outside. I ended up not taking the haircut at all from this place. And I suggest you also don't unless obviously you are ok with disrespecting and rude staff.

Staff is pretty rude and unprofessional. I was waiting outside the salon for my turn as I saw someone also waiting outside. The staff waved to me to enter the salon and questioned why I didn't enter the salon initially.. I said I saw someone waiting outside for his turn to cut. The staff rebutted and shouted across the salon saying that 如果没有人在等，不是死了。 During the haircut, she commented that I sweat alot and gave the disgusted face. I told her it was due to the weather. She told me to take a bus instead of walking when my house is just opposite....When the haircut is done, I proceed to pay money. She didn't say thank you which I was fine with it. But she looks so unhappy. It's my first visit and I feel utterly disappointed.

Wow! Lots of honest negative reviews and it's true. For those who have yet to experience you may try but don't regret. Yes it's cheap! You pay peanuts and you get monkeys. I am not sure about other outlets but this one seriously beyond words. Rude and unprofessional to describe. With so many negative reviews they simply don't bother. I've already gave my package to a bangladesh worker after my first cut. My advise pay slightly more for a better cuts but then again it depends on individual.

Don’t ever come here. Lousy service, only interested in bigger paying customers. Many people waiting outside, and nobody bothered to tell us it’s going to be long waiting time.

Don’t go. Staff always chit chat with their own people only. Not focus at work. Especially a lot of them. Some want cut don’t want cut. Waste time. Cut one hair 50mins ??? Then the worse thing is when u leaving, ask u to buy card. After buying card Hack care customer?

Extremely irresponsible staff, patrons had waited 1 hour for a haircut only for them to be turned away so that the staffs can focus on hairdyeing. When a compromise was raised by me to leave phone numbers so that we can be contacted once they were able to resume haircuts, their staffs replied "we where got time to call you". Wasted precious time,please think twice before visiting.

If you want to cut your hair, prepare to wait 1-3 hours. They will only entertain you if you are doing perming, colouring or treatment. If you are paying more than cutting your hair, they will entertain you.

Don’t ever come here if you are just planning to get a hair cut, they have no interest to cut for you. They only like to cut ladies longhair, perm hair or colouring etc work. Waited here more than an hour when there are no other people, 3 worker just went to buy food and sit down happy enjoy eating, not trying to be nasty but I think they could have just cut for my and enjoy eating their food, there isn’t any other customer already, it’s not as if there are many customer waiting. Then only 1 guy cutting and perming a old lady hair, when she came and just cut over my que when I have waited 30mins already. So highly not recommended if you are planning to just cut hair, must well spend a bit more to go shopping mall have your hair cut. By the way cutting hair is $6.80. Not much different from other locations.
