★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The yong tau foo is still as good as before since my last visit in 2014. Business is brisk with the opening of TEL. But the owners remained friendly and welcoming during lunch hours. Very reasonable pricing.

Nostalgia and comfort food
The best along this street...less oily, less starchy gravvy and freshly fried.
Take MRT or park your vehicle at SpringLeaf Nature Park carpark. Short walk to Restaurant. Limited car park lot in front of restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated next to Springleaf MRT , standard as good as I have visited years ago. Served piping hot ,which made the food tasty and less salty. After a hearty meal , go for a stroll at the Springleaf park. A simple but fulfilled way to spend your weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard of the place had dropped drastically. The price is quite reasonable and generous on the portion. But the Yong Tau Fu is nothing special except the sauce is okay. There is no taste of fish meat in the fillings for the tau kee, brinjal, bitter gourd and lady finger, worst there is no filling for the tau fu and they called it Hakka Yong Tau Fu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fave YTF in the North, accessible now via Thomson east coast circle line and also I prefer cycling here over the weekends for a healthy meal. Generous amounts of veggies and mixed with the delectable gooey sauce over your rice. Yummy.

Parking is almost impossible there.
The food is super cheap and fantastic.
Ordered for 2 at SGD$11.
Enjoyed every bit of it.
Will certainly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ June 2022: had a second lunch there after the brunch place we went to had super small servings and we weren’t full! 2 of us shared a “one person” portion and it was delicious!! Will definitely go again - generous portions of Kangkong and tasty pieces of soy beancurd. The sauce was also not too salty.
