Will give 0 stars if possible. Poor workmanship, better to let authorised or other 3rd party insurance claim workshops to handle your vehicle. Waste of my time ended up going to other workshop to redo everything. Highly NOT recommended.

Not surprised to see all the negative reviews here. Speaks a lot about this company and their ethical works. If you feel you have too much time and cash to spare, otherwise stay away from them. Appearing all nice and swift for accident claims are just appetisers for you. Polite and responsive replies (within minutes) just so they can close the deal for you and make the claims against other car owners for their own greed. Once deal is done, do not expect any replies or promises from claim agents. Literally what you call MIA, where you're left to think why did you choose to trust this company to begin with. The least and most basic is to fix and return a functional vehicle after an accident claims but NO, there were many issues everywhere - lock issues, electronical locking and every other functions were disabled since they dismantled the vehicle for 'fixing'. If as a car owner and you're reading this while considering to engage them, well you may, if you want a vehicle returned to you in the same (if not worse condition than it is before accident), which leaves you more headache to settle, go ahead. Yes, go ahead at your own risk.
