Horrible food. The mutton soup so watery, mutton so tough cannot event bite. Soup taste like water. I will not go there ever again. So dirty, all the trash full of left over food no wonder lots of bird flying around. Not clean also, need to complain about their hygiene. Don’t eat there you will regret.

Called in to order takeaway at around 10am+, was told that order will be done within 1hour but we will only be able to collect abit later around 12+ We ordered 15 chicken murtabak. At 12pm we were on the way to the restaurant and called in again to add 2 more chicken murtabak so 17 murtabaks. They said 30mins for 2 more murtabaks. We thought okay, lunch time, we shall sit there and drink first. But when we reached there to our dismay, we were told that the "chicken arrived late" so our 15 murtabaks was just starting to be prepared. We got our 2 murtabak order first. So it was obvious that they totally forgot the order and made an excuse. No apology whatsoever, even went on to argue with my father in law who place the order and said our order was last minute. At 10am they had more than 2 hours before we would reach to collect. The lady at the counter even told us "I will not accept any order from people like you anymore" The murtabak was not even as nice as we previously ordered, it was evident that the murtabaks was made in haste. It was also not as if we were first time customers, we have been patronizing the shop for a few years now and its not our first big order. Poor customer service from the lady at the counter who was in charge. Disappointing.

I paid for 1 mutton briyani but got chicken briyani instead. This is not the first time! Telling them many times but still they are not careful. Please do not cheat your customers!

I used to come to this restaurant as a young girl back in the days with high hopes as I really loved their pratas. After quite a few months of not eating food from this restaurant at all, I am appalled that their customer service has become so atrocious. One of the waiters in the restaurant walked past me about four to five times doing nothing before he decided to come to the counter and take my order as I was ordering takeout. He sounded very annoyed and when I wanted to change my order, he expressed his irritation by glaring at me. When I wasn't sure what he was talking about as he was pretty much shouting uninterpretable words, he raised his voice at me. Moreover, compared to the past, the texture of the prata obviously displays that it's been precooked. Some parts of the prata were harder than the others, and the food was very average, there was nothing special about the prata. Overall, I'm disappointed at the restaurant's customer service, I hope something can be done!

Satay Bros @ A&A Special Restaurant. Nice soft rice cakes Peanut sauce that compliments the well spiced chewy satay sticks. Just my kind of thing to end off a Friday work day! Maybe a plate of hot prata be good

Mixed feeling. Im writing this review after my 2nd visit in a month. The first experience wasn’t pleasant. The customer service was so so, some orders were forgotten, and the food serving was too long. I was in rush as well and didnt enjoy the meal. Both visit were on a weekend morning. I tried again this weekend and the experience was totally opposite. Good service, food was served relatively quick. Taste good. Price might be higher than usual coffeeshops. Family of 4 (2+2). Pratas and drinks cost SGD 17. Parking might be challenging on peak hours. The prata standard deserves 4 stars.

Cheapest fish head curry ever. But very very limited. Fish is fresh and like that they use red snapper. Place offers Malay and Indian halal cuisine. The Malay stall closes on Mondays.
