The wax stamp which she customised for me thoroughly exceeded my expectations! When I was not home to receive the parcel initially, she made multiple arrangements with her colleague to ensure that he delivered the parcel to me personally. Will not hesitate to liaise with her again :)

The female staff was really nice helping me with my enquiries and gave good recommendations. They have many accessories and types of wax with customisable seals. Pricing is decent and competitive and quality is good. Delivery was well informed and I received my seal in 2 working days after payment. Thank you Mandy!
