ASA is strong in their China tours. Keep it up. Yet to try the Europe tour in Apr 2020. Apr 2020 trip was cancelled. No news on the refund todate Feb 2021. Hope the company will action after numerous hastener. Thank you for the refund. Hold on there. We will travel with you when the pandemic is over.

Booked a tour (8D SEOUL, JEJU + MOUNT SORAK). Unfortunately, all outbound travels from Singapore were restricted due to the global pandemic. Called many times, visited the Branch in Suntec, emailing. i.e. tried all possible communicatuon with them but they are obviously avoiding customer seeking cancellation and refund. I asked to cancel my tour booking but was flatly rejected. Citing "STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION and NON REFUNDABLE. The above mentioned are based on ASA management has now its standpoint - all paid deposit will be converted in full to travel credit (the so-called "KIV" voucher) without any option available for cancel or refund." How can ASA unilaterally decide on my behalf that I want to opt for travel credit? Because ASA is not responding to my cancel request, I have no choice but to seek redress with the State Court, Small Claims Tribunals. Within days after the issue of the State Court document for ASA to attend before the Small Claims Tribunals, ASA finally agreed to cancel my tour booking and refund part of my deposit. Unfortnately, ASA wanted to forfeit $500 per pax of my booking deposit.

Yes I booked a trip to Turkey during Aug 2019 natas fair, trip was cancelled due to insufficient no. of pax. Subsequently has Covid 19 , no fund as promised since we cancelled the trip prior to Covid 29. Till now no refund sent email no reply ... is a scaring experience to go thr this travel agency. Chat always are offline Website starts to accept travel in Oct 2020, is this cashflow issues ?? It has been 1 year since I booked for this trip, is a really bad !!!

Went on a Inner-Mongolia tour on Sept 2019 with ASA. It was a pleasant and well-organised trip. So I've decided to go with ASA for the tour Spain & Portugal with my family on 6 Mar 2020. On 5 Feb 2020, the tour got cancelled due to the lack of tour participants and we opt to get back our payment. We were told the refund will be in within 4 to 6 weeks time. We waited for the refund until 18 March 2020 (6th week) and we have not received the refund yet. I've called in and their customer service officer said she will check with the "ACCOUNT" and get back to us. On 20 March, no news from ASA, so I've called-in again and this time the customer service officer said she will check with the "ACCOUNT" again and can only get back on Monday. Today 23 March, they have not got back to me again, so I called in and demanded for an explanation on the delay in the refund. They explained that the cheque for the refund is in the BOSS's room and not signed yet. And we have to wait for another week for the processing to go thru. I believe I have been very patient with ASA but their customer service responsiveness has been very poor. I don't feel assured and not given any updates on the refund delay. They were not professional in delivering the refund and I hope everyone else can avoid such a bad experience.

I share the same frustrating experience as many reviewers here. A refund was agreed upon between me and ASA even BEFORE the CB began. But the money never came. Repeated calls and emails are avoided. What kind of lousy irresponsible Tour Company is this? Trying to fraud our money, trying to shirk responsibilities? They are still advertising Tours on their Website, for goodness' sake! This means the company is stil operating. So why keep avoiding customers like us who have paid up? Take some responsibility and have some honour to abide by your agreements! Seriously, do I have to also take this to the Small Claims Court? Ridiculous!

Irresponsible company that do not uphold their promise to client and have no integrity in their business or accounting record. They are able to issue a cancellation refund but refuse to refund the amount within their stated time of process and refuse to reply to all mode of contact that they have for months while they are still being active in their Facebook promotion. Even when a claim has been launch to small claim court they still have the cheek to provide alternate offer and try to delay their refund or fake ignorant on their cancellation refund invoice. Take the risk with them if you have spare time and cash to waste around with them.

Had booked a Europe tour in Apr20. Till now no response! Never gave us any update of my deposit though sent out several email and phone calls to the agency! At the least gave us some assurance and reply what will be the solution or defer till further notice. Let us know ur coy is still surviving!

The recent trip led by ASA tour leader, Willy WEE, was an enjoyable journey. The entire group of 20pax were very happy and satisfied with the service rendered by Willy. He cared about our safety, he constantly reminded us to have sufficient rest before we went up the Yulong snow mountain. He bought us chocolates, biscuits and help to look after our passports, supervise and counted the luggages each time when we reached and left hotel throughout the trip. we were so fortunate to have Willy as our tour guide. I had never experienced in my previous holiday trips to have such a caring and careful tour leader. We want to give you a big thumbs up ?. , 5 Stars Willy Wee
