★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While it is a good place to work, I feel that salary for support staff could be better based on qualification. HR pay basic salary based on (expected salary/18). Their reason is bonus is a lot(not guaranteed). I know an executive earning $4800 when other exec earn 3k+. Saying diploma limits earning potential is an excuse.
Degree doesnt matter as much as previous drawn pay. you can have dip colleagues join as asst head bc prev pay higher. even among AH, sal range doing same job is huge. I know diploma AH earn 4k-5k but ive also met one getting less than 4k.
other gov agencies prioritize degree and pay $3500+ but not astar. Im not really motivated to work knowing other dip colleagues earn more, and salary inc isnt high. ? Maybe after 10years I can look forward to the $400 long term service monetary reward ?
