Went at 1217hrs to an empty clinic for SASH and got waved away to come back at 1330hrs, maybe I’ll come in scrubs next time to avoid disappointment

Very impressed with the clinic, quick and simple consult to confirm ART results. Doctor was patient and attentive, swabbing staff were gentle. Went just before 11am on a weekday. Thank you!

This is my go to clinic from now. From the nurses to the doctor, everyone of them is so nice and gentle. Always so assuring n comforting. They r also very good with children knowing how to handle them when they r sick. Thank u so much Dr Phua n the nurses at Dover Medical. Take care n stay safe.

Reached at 8:15am and the clinic opened it’s door at 8:30am sharp. Clinic receptionist did not even greet so we were unsure if they were ready to accept patients. A visitor stood by the door but he was not acknowledged so I entered. Both were not welcoming. I was asked if I had any company card but I said not the physical one but I can provide my details but was cut off immediately saying that they need physical card. Other clinics and dental would go the extra mile to ask for my details upon hearing that I do not have the physical card. Not an issue, I do not mind paying. An elderly was at the other counter but he could not hear well and had problems understanding English. Receptionist wasn’t really helpful and the tone of her voice was rude. Then proceed to ask him to do the health declaration form online. He had no idea what to do but wasn’t attended by any receptionists. I approached and did it for him through my phone while asking him for his details. There were only two of us patients and he was supposed to be consulted first. They called his name but his phone rang and had to pick up the call first. As he was hanging up the receptionists angrily told him to go in first and he was apologetic about it. I told them he was on the phone then they got me to enter first. During the swab by one of the receptionist she asked if I’m related to him and I said no and she told me to leave the responsibility to the clinic because he is positive and I said they were not really helpful themselves. She said that there are so many cases like these and everyone needs to learn. Sure, but obviously he had troubles and your ways were not helpful at all. Upon collecting my meds, I asked for lozenges and receptionist told me the cough syrup itself would help for sore throat. I am too sick to even argue so I just left and while making my way down she called back and said the doctor actually gave me lozenges. I understand front liners are having a hard time during this pandemic and I appreciate their efforts as I am a front liner myself, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Other than that, the process was quick and the doctor was nice.
