Service crew Nuraisha took my orders. She spoke too fast for me to understand and I nearly tot that she was Filipino. I had ask about adding an extra chicken and a cheese on my curly fries and she took my orders.
Disaster came and my food was not nearly perfect. I got 2 chicken instead of 3 and my curly fries is juz a normal with no cheese on side..
I know tat it was dinner time, and not enough Manning but yr customers are important to you than hitting sales for the day. With a good rapport, it's easier for sales to boom but w lousy service, ur nowhere.
A&W name is so lucky to be popular and everyone loves it but as time goes by, with crew who only sells item n not give a smile, this food chain might not be around AGAIN..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our childhood memories have only a few brands of fast food in Singapore. So when we visit A&W we must order the A&W root beer float. They just return to Singapore for a few years. So grateful to see them again.

The burgers and curly-fries were great. The root-beer not so....it used to be thicker and sweeter......
Overall, a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered three piece chicken, root beer, and waffle with vanilla ice-cream. The fried chicken and curly fries were crispy and flavoursome as usual, but they could only give us chicken wings. I preferred ribs. The waffle was a let down, didn't really go well with the ice-cream and lack the buttery fragrance. Service was efficient.
