Usually not very crowded. Quite spacious. Facing the baskeball court. In the newly renovated Kebun Baru CC. The cc now has parking with about 60 lots. Halal. Accepts nets cash credit card and paywave. I find the burgers better than McDonalds. This place serves breakfast too. Very convenient. Mrt station coming up soon.

I dined with my family at Kebun Baru CC outlet on the 4 June 2022, Saturday at around 7PM. I was being served lemon tea with ice which I had indicated WITHOUT ice using BK self-service kiosk to order. As my wife could not consume ice cold beverages, I proceeded to the counter to rectify the situation. I was being attended to by a staff named Carol. I was greeted by a disgusted expression. She demanded to know my order number rudely and went to check her computing system. I produced my receipt which she took it to verify the issue. Instead of being apologetic about the mistake, she poured the beverage and filled up the cup in an unwilling attitude. At the same time, I requested cutlery for my kids to consume for their meal. She retorted in a rude and loud tone "What cutlery!?" This episode is one of the worst dining experiences I have encountered. My whole evening was ruined as I was upset with her service attitude. I feel that she did not meet the minimum service expectation. It was horrible and should not be put in the frontline serving customers.

The service by the younger staff is useless. She has no customer service knowledge and if employing younger staff who are students or etc please guide them before letting them handle customers. This morning around 11ish I was there and waited at the counter thinking I shall be served to place order. Both the younger and older staff were busy handling orders and didn't bother to ask me to do it over the machine. I then asked the younger staff and she said have to wait if order has to be made over the counter. I mean they could have told me that while seeing me there at the counter. I realized I didn't customize the drinks for without ice and went to tell the younger staff (since my food wasn't ready yet). She immediately replied the drink has been prepared (mango drink) and didn't even offer to say that she will change it. The older staff told her to change I guess so she went to prepare another drink without ice. After that, the younger staff called my number wrongly and keep looking at me so I asked is it my number then she realized she has called the wrong number to me. After giving my food, she said need to tell earlier since they prepared the drink about the ice so I responded that there was no indication that the food was being prepared as it didn't flash my number as been preparing. The order staff knew I wasn't happy and quickly responded that I can customize in future etc. I give 3 stars for the older staff who is able to tell the younger one to redo the drinks plus interrupting when the younger staff who told me to say earlier in the future. However, overall the service is not satisfactory. McDonald's is still the best even if last min there is change of drink or ice etc. McDonald's are always there to serve customers with a smile despite how busy they are. Kudos to McDonald's

Ordered takeaway, as I was trying to unable to change drinks on the self ordering machine, i decided to order at counter instead because I do not want the coke float. Staff was rude, told me to order at machine instead. Did not listen to my explanation, and instead tried to shoo me away. Manager came over to took my order instead when I explained my situation to him. He explained that the new BBQ cheesy trio set is unable to change drinks, ok fine. I placed my order at 12.20pm, and only received my order around 12.45pm. To my shock, they had prepared the drinks BEFORE they prepared the food, and the coke float had already melted more than half into the coke. I asked the staff to change for me and she said cannot change. I told her the ice cream is already all melted and she said "because need to wait for the other order" Is it not common sense to do an order with ICE CREAM last? If someone ordered takeaway with ice cream don't tell me you going to make their ice cream first, and then wait 20 mins later for the rest of the food to be done??? The ice cream would have already melted?????? And I'm not even ordering for dine in so by the time i reach home it would have melted fully with the drink. The staff was super rude as well, when i ordered another drink with NO ICE. Have already mentioned to the cashier when placing my order. She just took my drink dumped away and refilled the same cup and angrily put back into my plastig bag ????? Hello?? Burger king why are your staff like this? (Edit: Reached home around 1.10pm all the ice cream has already almost melted. The staff put the burgers at the bottom of the takeaway, and the boxes of nuggets and fries at the top. The burgers were squashed. When we opened up the bbq beef burger, there was a strand of hair in the food lol. Really makes me question how they prepare the order in the kitchen.)
