• amazing soup base and you have to add the egg in for texture
• minced pork marinated really nicely, good savory taste
• fish tasted fresh, not fishy at all (slightly over cooked but still good)
• soy braised mushrooms topped off, interesting choice
• noodles probably factory made, but still a good chewiness to it
A very good bowl of ban mian if you’re around the area of Tai Seng/Macpherson, also service was good, auntie was really nice
