My heartly thanks to Mr.Mangaleswaren who is working in Abirami jewellery as a sales manager,on 19/5/22 I have purchased earring from abirami on the next day itself the earring was broken I was very upset because within one day the jewel was broken, i went to the shop and I asked for replacement for broken earring and weight they put in the slip was 4.96g however the sales guy issued 4.08g jewel ,when I approached them ,the owner Mr.Gopi was very rude ,he spoken to me In a rude way ,first of all they given less gram jewel but they charged me for 4.96g instead of 4.08g this is kind of cheating ,they did the mistake but they didnot ask for apology,when I approached Mr.Mangal he approached me with smiling face and he said that he will change the broken part and he said he will give the same gram jewel with in two days, he didnot do any mistake but he asked for apology behalf of the owner,I really appreciate him,his service to me is excellent, I really say thanks to him from my bottom of my heart,I would like to suggest that management should recognize his hard work and should give him some award to encourage his good work.He gave me a replacement jewel on 26/5/22. We are a regular customer of APJ Abiramee Jewellers. We always go to Chelladurai brother, he is always so patient in showing us all models we like with a smile in his face. He is a lucky charm to us as ever since I bought my jewels from him I tend to buy more and more. Now I have so many nice collections. He is also very genuine in sharing his opinion when I ask about the designs, price, resale value etc., In specific to APJ I always like the monthly savings plan they offer, it allows to save in instalments where it’s very hard to save one lump sum to buy big items. They always have good collection of Indian designs. The workmanship of the jewels so far I bought is admirable, perfect all the time. The making charge is at reasonable price compared to other shops. The service is always good.
