Hashir is one of the most sincere person in the car industry I have ever met, having met many with my first and second car. He patiently answered my questions and explained the deregistering for export process. Now I'll be eagerly waiting to post another review once my car is exported and documents forwarded to LTA. I highly recommend Absolute Motors to all who are at the stage of switching/scrapping cars! A follow-up : my car has been exported and I have encashed my parf rebate. Hashir and Absolute Motors is truly a gem in the automobile industry in Singapore. Sincere, honest and reliable. I will definitely engage the services of Absolute Motors in future and I hope more people, both local and international, get to experience their awesome customer service.

Very Very Poor Service! Our black and white agreement indicates very clearly the NRIC was to be returned by 12pm the next day. The person also promised verbally and confidently that we did not have to worry about the NRIC. However, the next day when i messaged him at 10am in the morning to check when he would return, there was no reply. I called, but there was no pick up. At 12pm, I called again a few times, but still no pick up. He simply send a message," i am busy". As the whole family was waiting at home for him to return the NRIC, i text and asked him for the estimated timing, but no reply. Called several times again still no pick up. No clear explanation of why he needed to hold on to the IC for so long. He could have used it to borrow money from all the loan sharks in Singapore hence he needed the time, returning it only at 10pm. Wasted a whole day and almost reported to the police. Subsequently, Absolute Motors registration no 201411746K claimed they had sent for scrap and that all was set for encashment. Checked with LTA but LTA said no, it has not been disposed off properly. In the midst of all the ding dong here and there, they were unresponsive, did not reply to messages or phone calls. Again, we had to waste a lot of time and effort to finally resolve the problem with LTA.
