★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of these users are using fake names to give bad reviews so do not trust their accusations, the company is doing the right thing by having 1 notification, 12 hours shift. The managing director also have never threatened anyone in the company, the management gives people job on the time of pandemic and help them through hard times. Those who leave the false accusations here might be the ones who left the company and caused disruptions or caught sleeping while on duty. If they have done this they have no rights to say all this .

Yes, Acestes is strict. Total agreement, but with prudence and evidence before they penalised someone.
The laws and regulations doesn't set by them, if the estate management requires them to do, and it is within the stipulated regulations allowable for Officers to perform their duties efficiently and professionally. Kudos.
Lastly, I would say, if you want your estate to be safe, they are the one than can provide this service. All the Best Acestes in 2022 and forever. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) Was at a location, guarded by your guys, to sign some paperwork at the management office. Didnt allow me in, and still ask me to call the management myself to verify. well i could have been a robber, bluff my way in, falsely say the management on the other line, and they would have allowed me to enter.
2) A man in white, asked me to sign in, in a book, only for me to see its full of vehicle numbers, not the usual Visitor book. Wants me to sign in Car parking slip when I obviously was walking in. Spoke to Management and they agreed that the agency has lots of complaints from the occupiers....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people working here is fine. Ur colleagues are generally nice people. But if you want to join them, read the fine print on the contract. The amount they deduct from your salary over a lanyard, uniform and access card is crazy. Oh and btw their HR are very rigid. Lack of empathy. The response ure going to get from the HR is literally very monotonous.
