β β β β β Went to the clinic at Clementi's Grantral Mall for my Covid vaccination. Friendly and professional team of staff and doctors. And I was pleasantly surprised when my enquiries (about pre-departure ART Test, booster vacs, etc.) were promptly answered via Whatsapp. Keep up the good work!

β β β β β I have been bringing my mum for visit for osteoporosis treatment past 1-2years, had pleasant experience in getting appointment via whatsapp, thanks for the efficient response by appointment team!
Dr Koh is very caring, friendly, polite & professional, he is able to give clear explanation to my mum on her condition and lab results, with good advice & suggestions.
Nurse counsellor Christyn Tan is dedicated & patient too. She is good at explaining to my mum on foot care.
Kudos to all the staffs, nurses & doctors in frontier family medicine clinic!

β β β β β It's a spacious clinic. I took all my covid vaccine and boosters from this clinic. The process is very well managed and the staff is very efficient and polite. The doc administrating the medicine showed the vial and it's expiry date before the procedure.

β β β β β I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service of your Admin Team which they provided on Thursday 7 Jul when I send a whats app message to enquire and request for appointments for 2nd booster shot for my parents. The prompt responses and professional manner in which they have handled my query must be commended. Very good of them to stay on the line so patiently to help me with this and made the experience even better than I expected.

My mother and I have been seeing Dr. Koh for an year now and we are very impressed by his relaxed and patient demeanour and thorough assessment of our Medical histories. Kudos !!

β β β β β 1st of all, screening staff, counter staff as well as Doctor were all good.
I am not happy with the appointment/admin team that handled my booking. I want Consult and tests to be done in a single visit. I understand will have to return for a review.
However, after consult i was told i have to get another appointment for the tests. This is definitely not acceptable. Meaning i will have to come 3 times in total instead if 2 times.
Why is It that the appointment/admin team didn't book all my appointments to be done in the same day as i requested?
To note:
I had checked many times with the appointment/admin that i will be doing Consult + tests on the same day.
This is my 1st time, 1st visit here and definitely not a smooth journey. Immediately i had tried calling but no response.

β β β β β The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They make the patients and their companion feel comfortable on every visits even during the restrictions and control due to the pandemic.
Dr Koh see his patients as friends whereby he not only care of treating their illness but also their well being.
