The flower is fresh and cheap, very friendly delivery service. When I placed the order I didn't have my girlfriend's detail address since it's first day in her new big company. My girlfriend didn't pick up my call on the delivery date. The delivery guy was patient and tried finding out work floor of my girlfriend and delivered the flower bouquet on time. Thank you!

The flower bouquet the owner made on-the-spot was gorgeous and very affordable, at only 20 dollars. You might want to check out their Carousell page for a range of bouquets to choose from. That's what I did anyway and it made things easier for someone like me, who knows zilch about flowers, unfortunately. What I do know is that my friend loved it!

My husband bought a small bouquet from this shop and I unpacked to put inside the vase. I found the flowers are not fresh and messy(leave of bottom stem did not remove clean). A lot of flowers stem too short and some caspia and babybreath stem became black. Only one stalk gerbera is look good. Although the small bouquet is cheap, the quality for customer is more important. We will not buy from this shop anymore.

Rude and unprofessional behaviour. When people ask questions, it is our right as customers. When we ask for a quotation, we need to know the price. You are not the only shop to deal with. Continue treating your customers with disdain and disrespect…good luck with your business.

I had a bad experience with one of the staff earlier today. I went to the shop to ask them if they can do a specific type of bouquet for my wedding and was attended to by this specific staff. While I appreciated her suggestion, she spoke rather harshly when I clarified the names of the flowers that she mentioned earlier. She just brushed me off and said to look for her. When I politely asked for her name so that it would be easier for me to look for her, she snatched back the name card that she handed to me earlier and told me that she does not want to do the bouquet for me anymore. It is appalling to witness the staff behaving in such an unprofessional manner especially given that I was keen on engaging their help for my big day. While I understand that she might have her reasons for refusing to give me her name or even the names of the flowers, I strongly believe that it can be done with graciousness.
