Dr tan see ling has been my family doctor for many years. I only trust her. She is extremely thorough and actually puts in effort to provide education of the disease and made it simple for me to understand in laymans term. I have seen many GPs before..none of them is as compassionate and comparable to Dr tan. She is truly a gem! A great doctor with a big Heart! The clinic is clean, tidy and organised. Staffs are friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family!

Dr Tan is incredible. She really took her time to explain my conditions with me in a very detailed manner. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient nowadays. Staff was great and helpful ! Highly recommended.

Called the medical clinic to enquire on appointment and taking queue number since this is my first time there. Personnel who picked up the phone was really rude. He told me that over here is appointment only and to check my insurance card myself and say he no time to check for me. He then hung up the phone. In the end, we decided to visit another clinic nearby instead.

Came in today just to be told no doctor. Their opening hours is 9:30 and I came in at 9:55am. Upon coming in, I was asked “Hello! Any appointment?” Since I didn’t know I’ll be sick and this is the nearest clinic near my place that is covered by company insurance, I said “no, I don’t have” Then the lady just replied with “No appointment, no doctor today” Wow. I spent $11 on transport just to be told that no doctor in a clinic. Terrible experience

15 years on, Dr Tan is still my go to Doc. She's one impressive holistic doctor whom listens in depth, always serving with a brightest smile and biggest of heart!

Got treated for a severe sore throat from Dr Tan.I must say she is very friendly and explained the problem in depth. Just taking a single dose of her prescribed medicines made me feel so much better already. I have found my go to Doctor in Singapore!

I called earlier this week to make an appointment. Over the phone, the receptionist was absolutely unpleasant and asked me “Why you want to see a doctor? What’s wrong with you?”. First of all that’s not a way of asking questions for someone whose job is receptionist. What about “How may I help you?” Instead. On the day itself (yesterday) I arrived at 10.15am and had to wait until 10.45am to see the female doctor. The two aunties at the reception are absolutely unpleasant and borderline rude. They insisted on asking for my insurance card although I don’t have any. I have insurance but no card and this clinic is not part of my panel. When I see other people’s reviews I wonder why the owner doesn’t give them basic courtesy training. Two bulldogs would give you a warmer welcome. I came to this clinic because I’ve been referred by my physio. I injured my back doing workout two weeks ago and the doctor wrote a letter stating my pain was due to long sitting hours at work. WTH?! I would not recommend and would not go back again.
