β β β β β Not a place you'll visit unless you're here for a specific service. They do house a number of disparate services though, including employment agencies, dental clinics, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinics, and so on.

β β β β β Quite an old building, the main entrance is on Penang Lane, while there is a side entrance from Clemenceau Avenue. Beware of the liftsβonce it closed its doors but didn't move, and when I pressed the button to open the doors, the lift attempted to move while the doors were opening.

β β β β β Nostalgic and generally very much kept up for an Old Building. Inhabitants are Chinese advancement schools, excellence palours, SMEs, Work Central, a cost Co-working space. Fantastic customary Coffee and yummy Noodle, Mixed Rice on level 1
