β β β β β On my first visit, there was little to no waiting time and Hanah was very helpful with all the paperwork that I was submitting to them for my Univeristy Health Screening. They then messaged me to follow up on a vaccination that I had to do with them and were very helpful with that too.
On my 2nd visit (for the vaccination) I was warmly greeted by Shvonne (I hope I slept her name right) who helped direct me on the things I needed to do (such as the health declaration and safety entry check in) there was also little to no waiting time to meet the doctor.
Overall wonderful experience and would definitely come again if I have to :)

I think they are serious about the business and customer service.Hence,I won't judge the book based on a one time frustrated experience. I have really good experience with Dr Singh and front desk.happy to change the rating to 5 stars, and fingers crossed no need to visite the doc,stay healthy.

Was charged $82.10 for a less than 1 minute consultation for a skin issue and a box of antibiotics. What's worse, the antibiotic (Augmentin) was $44.10, and consultation $38. $44.10 for antibiotics is absolutely outrageous.
Do not go there without insurance I repeat.

2nd time here for me out of no choice, as itβs open early 8:30 am and near my place. Need medicine urgently.
I arrived 8:30 am, the doc is out for toilet break, I didnβt to see the doc until the moment I left the clinic 9:09am, very professional !
Reception is rude and arrogant ! No empathy towards that you are sick, very cold, plus long waiting period, the doc is good. Overall donβt recommend this place.

β β β β β I've booked an express PCR via Heathway website and received confirmation SMS with a heading named Healthway, they advertised on the website that the price for express PCR is $250. Only upon completing my swap and making the payment, I was told that the express PCR is $390, and the staffs were claiminig that "The Clinic Group" is not under Healthway group. I have made the payment anyway because I didn't want to jeopardize my business trip.
Even if the Clinic Group is not under Healthway Medical, $390 for express PCR is extremely over priced compared to the market norm (for instance Raffles or Parkway). I will lodge a case with MOH and the Consumers Association of Singapore for further investigation. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for the PCR result, the result is still not released after 4 hours which was promised by the clinic.

β β β β β I had an appointment booked on the 7/6/2022 at 3pm for medical check up. I travelled down to Marina Bay from Yishun. When i arrived, i was told that i was unable to have my blood work taken. Reason was the machine to print my blood labels was faulty and was in progress for maintenance. However, i was not contacted or informed in any way prior to my appointment timing. There could have been a better system in informing of its clients, should there be any mishap before their scheduled appointment.
