sore and a sprained ankle through my sister's recommendation
Conor was very professional throughout the whole treatment, explaining what the issue was and how he was going to help me with it.
just a few sessions coupled with exercises that he recommended, i recovered really quickly. highly recommend!

β β β β β I have shoulder joints pains, back muscles problems and knees joint problems, for several years. They have stopped me from a lot movements or heavier weight at gym. Coner is very professional and immediately identified the problems and gave me some excises. And I tried the dry needle treatments for the first time and it seems works well. I am very happy and looking forwards to full recovery. Every visit is absolutely pleasant.

β β β β β Jack was my therapist. He's knowledgeable about the human anatomy so he was able to provide the right treatments. I kept injuring myself (first was back then ankle and then wrist) but Jack was really patient in treating them and I managed to heal completely in 2 months. Staff are friendly and both the clinics are very clean and organised. I highly recommend Physio 101.

β β β β β Jack is the best physiotherapist. I had seen many physiotherapist, chiropractor. But nobody could fix my back problem till I saw him.
The receptionist(Dianne) is also nice and friendly. She always looks after my baby during my treatment.
I highly recommend!!

β β β β β Saw Jack for some persistent shoulder impingement and neck pain. He was patient and meticulous, and took the time to properly work out what was wrong. The treatment and strengthening exercises he gave to do at home were also very targeted and effective.
Through our session I also learnt that dry needling and manual therapy is better when your physiotherapist always has an entertaining story or a silly joke to share! 10/10 skills in physiotherapy and comedy.

From the first session he was very detailed and explained everything clearly. The combination of dry needling, massage, and exercises he gave me really improved my shoulder condition. Thank you Jack!
