Super bad service by the counter staff. Unfriendly and attitude, left straight away without seeing the doc and will nv go back again.

WORST clinic ! UNPROFESSIONAL service !!! Confirmed a PCR Test with them on Sat morning for my upcoming Monday trip, but the clinic is closed for the whole day without informing, I came all the way & now have to book another clinic at these urgency time (most clinics closed for half day on Sat & Closed for Sun) AcuMed Medical really mess up my whole weekend & my itinerary! SKIP THIS CLINIC, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMANDED !!! Lots of negative reviews for this clinic too ! If I could give zero, I will for sure !!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE, HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED. Booked an appointment for pre-departure PCR few days ago. And when I reached this morning then only knew they are closed till Monday. Did not notify us about this at all, I need to drive all the way down to find this out. Wasting time, wasting energy & wasting petrol. Very bad and unprofessional clinic. So so bad!

22/2/2022. Time of arrival: 130pm. Time of registration: 2pm. Time of seeing Doctor & payment: ALMOST 320PM. NUMBERS of SICK patients in front of me: 1 Number of staff at counter: 1 Number of staff doing ART/PCR: 1 Numbers of people waiting for their turns ART/PCR: MANY ++++. My 1st visit here. Saw that clinic was opened hence i walked in. Chinese registration staff told me clinic start at 2pm. There are separate "lanes" to queue for patients seeing doctor & patients here for ART /PCR. Let's take it 2pm to 320pm, i waited and stayed in clinic for this length of time due to only 1 staff doing registration. Yet she kept on focusing on registering for ART/PCR. For sick patient, there only 1 in front of me & he too, waited long for his medicine and payment. I asked her few times & she apologies for it. She told me she will "settle" me soon yet she kept on forgetting and registering for ART/PCR travelling. FOR those who do not know, ART/PCR is still under Protocol 1,2,3 by MOH (Last checked FEb 2022) Mean have to consult a doctor before doing. Hence i hope, even if shortage of manpower perhaps Acumed (woodland) can learn to prioritise. Definitely not a good experience. For me, it mainly just consult, blood test and payment!

Thank you for the good service. Although slightly longer waiting time, the staff was friendly and patient with my enquiries. Dr there was detailed.

slow. too slow despite only few patients. bringing my son for covid test and waited for hours. thermometer cover not changed and alcohol swap not changed! used for few patients! WTH!

i will give zero or even negative star if possible. this is the worst clinic i seen ever! i have no choice but to wait 2hrs just to see the doctor only to know that she really ask a lot of questions!!! i thought it was a good 20mins visit.. only to realize the bill was $200+ charged to my company medical allowance. this is absurd. i’ll definitely file a complaint and really not sure why is this allow as a panel clinic!

Inefficient system, unfriendly staffs, slow service by everyone! We waited more than 2 hours just to see a Dr. Dr was seen doing PCR for patients outside of clinic. We been waiting inside with other patients, apparently maybe we should pretend that we are having symptoms, so that the Dr seeing us faster ?? Please don't come here!
