They treat all patient just like transaction only, behave like cold blooded machine. Very lack of human touch.
The doctor were generally ok.

β β β β β Please Avoid this clinic. It is three weeks already since I had health screening for my son. Still there is no message or response about the results. Called many times. Nobody picks up the phone. They don't have any means to contact them. So many bad reviews for this clinic. But the authorities don't seem to bother about it.

β β β β β Will give zero star if I can. Doc are OK but one of the counter staff is horrible. And this is not because they are extremely busy (there were only 2 customers at point of time, including me). My number wasn't called for dispensary for quite a while despite i remindee them, she keep telling me its not my turn ( there were only 2 patients!). And only at the end, she realized I dont need to do art and they have mistakenly asked me to keep waiting there. *faint* even after realized her mistake, not a single apology from her mouth. I'm referring to the Chinese lady in her 40-50, looks like one of the *seniors* staff there. Will skip this raffles outlet in future.

β β β β β Went to update sg vaccination status as i had my vaccination in Malaysia but have to pay consultation fee eventhough no consultation needed. Doctor in room 5 on 4jun morning 11am plus was extremely rude.he asked me the purpose of visiting and of course i tried to answer his question but he stopped me by saying βokokokβ when i told him βI have done my vaccination in msia soβ¦β i havent even finish my sentence. β you can leave after you payβ right after he key in sth in his computer. He never even looked at me durinh the entire conversation. Ridiculous service and this cost me 58sgd.

β β β β β This is the worst queue management system I had experienced.
My gf and i booked a pre travel ART at 3.30pm. We reached at 3.15pm, and there was a long queue to enter.
We were super confused and annoyed by the procedure as nobody was there to guide us.
There was no clear instruction on what are the steps to follow and the staff were clearly unsure and not experience in their field of work.
Before we did our swab test, the staff is supposed to give the swabber our details, which they forget to give my girlfriend's.
I had to chase after them asked them to provide the details to them.
Their system did not capture our data? They had to ask and confirm our payment so many times?
So what's the point of booking an appointment if you don't stick to it? Really horrible experience.

β β β β β Honestly one of the worst queue management system I experienced. Booked a pre travel ART at 230pm. I reached at 215pm, and there was a queue to enter. Fine, so be it.
After I registered to take a queue number which was around 225pm, I waited till 3pm before the nurse proceeded to check my details and pass the information to the swabber. Went to wait again and only got swab around 310pm.
So what's the point of booking an appointment if you don't stick to it? Really horrible experience.

β β β β β The nurses are very rude and take own sweet time. No sense of urgency, all at the front desk are literally doing nothing.
Good job for the reception which guide you for the online queue and the doctor.

β β β β β My appointment for health screening is 9.45am, 5 April 2022. I reach 9.30am, but I finish everything at 12.20pm. I fasting and no eat for one whole morning!!! The waiting time for each test, take medicine and pay money is too long!!!
I using my Prudential insurance voucher for this health screening. Consult doctor shall included, doctor ask for any complain of health, but I still charge consultation fee and practice fee, I paid $100.30 in total.
I used to use my Prudential insurance voucher did my health screening at Asia Health Partner in orchard in the past for many times. Asia health Partner did not charge consultation and practice fee. Only charge for the medication.
The staff there also not really friendly
This is really unpleasant experience.
