★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the more popular clinics in this neighborhood. The queue is always long and the Doctor Tong likes to chitchat with patients and thus queue always move super slow. Doctor Tong's medicine is effective.

I've been going to the same clinic for 18 years.His positive attitude alone makes me feel better.His medicine is very effective.The nurses are very friendly as well.The long wait is worth the time as you're guaranteed to get well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ gotta have lots of time.. from just taking queue ticket. will take donkey years. take medicine will also take as if the medicine is developed from scratch (1hrs). afterall the doctor is very friendly n experienced. just that those counter staff especially the skinny one with specs)is like having periods and work in their own world. if you are very serious case. please avoid i think u might just die there for just waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I reached the clinic it was queue no.4. After waiting for almost 2 hours, it's only queue no.10. From the front desk to the consultation room, the clinic is literally run by senior citizens exclusively.
If waiting for consultation isn't enough, you still have to wait for around 30 minutes to get your medication. That's how slow the clinic is.
On the plus side, the old doctor does entertain endless amount of questions. This is something that your grandparent might appreciate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Tong has been a household name in this part of town, especially with the elderly and long-time residents of Woodlands/Marsiling.
The wait can be long but that's because Dr Tong takes time to listen to his patients and accordingly to my mom (who has visited him for over 10 years), his prescription is effective. This is a cash-only clinic.
While Dr Tong is the friendly face of this place, it is offset by the less-than-friendly receptionist/admin staff. I recently witnessed her rudeness when a patient failed to pay attention to his queue number when it was his turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Tong has been my family doctor since my childhood. Now as an adult, it's inconvenient as its quite a distance by bus, only when illness that is not able to resolve for some time we will mostly go to him for more accurate diagnosis and medicine. The queue may be long but he is very experience doctor around. He is nice with kids too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're sick and heavily ill, do not come to this clinic cause you might die waiting. On average 30-60mins per patient regardless if they are genuinely here to see a doctor or have a chit chat with him. There will be a lot of people who are late and missed their numbers then they will be placed before you despite you came early or on time.
