★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asked us to come early then made me wait almost two hours in a really cold waiting room. then told me stuff i already knew from my general physician. couldn’t even get my medication that i was prescribed because by the time i got out to the pharmacy it was closed. really annoying and tiring.

Called in for an emergency consult, the receptionist asked us to come immediately. We reach in half an hour, however, we were kept waiting in a cold waiting room for another one hour+. While waiting we tried to talk to the receptionist to inform us beforehand if there would be a long wait next time and she said there’s nothing they can do about it and asked us to talk to the doctor directly later.
When we go in to the doctor’s room, the first thing the doctor told my husband is “if you cannot wait, pls change clinic, as we are always busy”. The doctor even reminds us she hasn’t had lunch yet. (Too bad, we all haven’t had lunch yet!)
The whole consultancy took only 10 minutes and we realized the doctor put us on the last on the patient list even though we’ve explained to them our urgency a few times.
This is my 2nd visit to this clinic and will be my last. By the way, for the first appointment we patiently waited for 2 hours.
