After showing them the name and photo of the shoe I screen shot online from Adidas website, the sales assistant asked me for the product code before checking if other outlets is available. I am amused! I am sure she can checked from her system faster than me. I left unhappily. Few days later, I went down to paragon myself, fortunately I have a good attitude sales assistant to attend to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attitude from Sales staff was rude. Visit them while the store having sales, ask them nicely what is the price after discount 40%, they simply ask me to take the price on the price tag and minus 40% off myself , Which I feel so ridiculous. What is the problem for them to help customers to calculate the discounted price? If it is so reluctant to calculate, shouldn’t they just state the discounted price on the price tag to avoid customer checking with them. Hope the management of Adidas @ Causeway store do some customers service training with your Sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was served today 10/2 7.06 pm by a horrendous, rude sales person/cashier. Raised his voice to me when this is my first time returning item when i don’t even know what is article number or the order number. Raised his voice saying ‘YA! THIS! Which when i was just right in-front of him. Please do something about as this will be my first and last time getting things from here.
