β β β β β I ordered a bundle V2 spaghetti set, a hot dog and a salad. But the hot dog didn't come.
It's not first. I always eat here, but last time a spaghetti didn't come, and a few weeks ago there was no ice cream. This place doesn't always check orders properly. I'm really angry and I want my money back.

β β β β β Been there twice and requested for thigh meat, was told both times that they were out of thigh. Another time we visited, when we got our order (bucket of 6), 3 of the pieces were wing and we did not get any drum or breast. Looking at the other reviews, it seems like this branch has the habit of refusing to give customers the parts they request for.
Also, the last two times the meat tasted smoky and burnt, a result of the cooking oil not being replaced for a long time. Would advise to go to other outlets if possible and not ruin your Jolibee experience with this branch.

@jollibeesgofficial It was my first time at their restaurant and it was a treat. The fried chicken was soft inside and crispy on the outside. The size of each chicken was nothing to complain about. I however, have a slight issue in terms of flavour. If I compared the flavour profile with KFC, jollibee wouldnβt be my first choice. Not that it didnβt have any flavour whatsoever. It had ultra mild spice that lasted for a few seconds then just disappeared into the soft and crispy chicken. If thatβs your preference in terms of friend chicken then this is your haven. Overall, Iβd give it a 3/5. Great job guys.

β β β β β Original chicken is crispy on the outside yet juicy and tasty on the inside. Fastastic.
Spicy chicken is soft, spicy and stimulates the taste buds. Awesome.
Also has special and tasty brown gravy sauce.
First place in my to go list for tasty fast food chicken.
