Visited many times over the past 3 years. Not so good for shopping men's shoes as there are limited shoe choices for men. Their selection is good for women though. Approximately a quarter of the shoes are mens. Better to visit the other outlet store in Chinatown point, they have wider range and choices for both men and women.

I would like to compliment the staff Issa ,he is very efficient with his work and serves customers with a good intellect without any misleading information nor side tracks unlike the shorter female staff whom had worked that day. I gave my interest on several products in the store and he was able to commence effortlessly , he adered to my requests promptly and had a positive attitude amongst other customers too while serving me, give this man a raise !

I was out to look for running shoes. A have to buy, truly ready to spend customer but no one, absolutely no one bothered to walk over. I was walking around to try to get attention but I felt I walked into an unmanned store ... disappointing.

I was at the Changi City Point store on 23rd August and was served by Natasha. A pleasant and friendly staff serving us well. Indeed she made my day and was very impressed by her awesome service. Kudos Natasha

Friendly staff. Many promotions are there. But some products were high priced as the other outlets. Variety of items are available. Staff is helpful all the time. This outlet is crowded on weekends.

Outlet store’s main aim is to clear stocks at the fastest pace possible, but this store is not doing it too well. Aim of customers: value in the purchase with the idea it is an outlet priced purchase, cheaper is always good. The bigger the discounts on an item they want, the higher the value in the purchase. Very messy arrangement of the shop. The display stand/rack runs tangential to the flow of the people and the isles are tight so once someone is in it, we cannot walk through, we always feel like a dozen snorlax all over the store is blocking the whole path. Shoes are difficult to find. Displayed item doesn’t necessarily correspond to the boxes right behind it, with models and sizes randomly stacked at different parts of the racks. Display does not put price on stands or is easily seen, with only a small printed $$$ on the Adidas tags, so we rifle through every piece to find the prices and decide if it’s worth it rather than deciding if the discounts are deep enough to buy it straight off from far away without reaching for it. This means people congregating to take pieces off the racks to see the price one-by-one, slowing the whole process of purchase. Rather than visually deciding and picking the ones that is within their budget and tastes/needs too. Again, clearing stocks as quick as possible would equate to the maximum sales in shortest amount of time. Which won’t happen if you make customers decide slower. Also, there is 1-2 staff on the till, causing a queue to purchase, making the purchase slower than necessary. Can be better. A lot better.
