I like the tea here, but the staff attitude can be improved. Today around noon I ordered my drink and the male staff just kept silent and pointing at the small board besides, instead of asking me what sugar level I want

Standard bubble tea. Interesting idea of a rewards app with rebate. Pricey to add pearls. $1!

Wanted to use Fraser e voucher to exchange a drink but the manager insist on logging into the Fraser app for exchange which is unheard of in other stores in Fraser mall. In the end I had to log in and log out so many times that a otherwise 1 min transaction turn to a 15 min waiting time. Their drinks are also not sealed properly and leak out of the cup. Overall if u wanna do a promotion, stop making it hard for ur customer to claim!

I was at the CCP outlet today,in the afternoon.While waiting for my daughter to order a drink for her ,I went to the counter,while a male staff was absolutely bad in his customer service.I asked him(very politely),if I can order the drink.He simply just pointed to the board Infront,without utterig a word.I didn't understand what did that gesture meant.So I asked him,I would like to order the Ice Milk Latte,as displayed on the display stand.Then again, he rudely pointed to the board again!I repeated my order again,and he replied:"You choose here!". Visibly disappointed and upset by his attitude,I asked,:"Do you have an attitude problem with your customer?" He agitatedly replied:"No!". I took a picture of him,with the intent to report his bad service attitude to your company.Please educate and train your staff accordingly.I don't need him to smile or be overly zealous in his attitude. And now,reading the reviews,I noticed that this is not the first time,a customer encountered this attitude from a staff at your outlet. Perhaps, the management should look into the reason why the milk tea outlet opposite and the rest around you,have long queues,and yours is empty.
