β β β β β I bought my bike from this shop. I had to order in advance. Anthony was accommodating and well mannered to a novice like me. Guided me to choose my bicycle even though I didn't give him much information. There is another stocky guy (Kian Lim??) whom advice me on items to add on - he wasn't pushy and provided valuable information on the things to add on to my bike. Overall I did enjoy the service provided. Do not expect a vast range but they do have a range of bicycle in terms of pricing, so go there with an open mind and be frank on your price point that you are looking at.

β β β β β Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable especially about folding bikes. Bought my first bike Friday from them and also my Dahon recently. Very comforting to know that they are dependable on helping check my bike and let me know what was the issue and how to fix it

β β β β β Was supposed to made this review yesterday, however, I am glad I managed to do this today. This review goes out Liz who was professional, friendly and made us feel warm at the Yishun outlet. After we arrived, customers came one after another, outlet becomes busy. As I have tonnes of questions, Liz without fail was very patience, attended to me diligently and answered all my questions. When Liz was busy with other customers, she has the courtesy to inform me that she will attend to me shortly. At the end, I still cannot decide on which bike, I was not forced to purchase anything nor treated otherwise. Overall, we had a great time, will return when new stocks arrive for test riding and make our decision to purchase.

β β β β β I was cycling nearby when one of my cranks became loose. Simple enough repair I think, but I didn't have the tool on me.
I was nearby the shop so I thought that I would see if they could repair it.
Went by and staff flat out refused me saying that they only service bikes that are sold from there. Shop policy apparently.
I mean I wouldn't have minded paying for the repair. But what sort of bike shop denies cyclists a simple repair?
Thank goodness it wasn't something serious. And I'm able to fold the bike and take a bus back.
Doesn't really leave a good impression on the brand,. The experience has definitely changed my impression on them.

β β β β β Went there and bought 2 foldable bikes from them. Dahon K3 plus & Dahon Visc Evo.
We were served by lis and kian, they were very professional in their sales, not pushy whatsoever. Especially kian in his technical knowledge about the bikes. Would definitely recommend this place.
However their accessories is slightly on the high side. Might want to purchase your accessories elsewhere instead. Great place to get your bikes tho!

We are lucky to be served by Liz,a super friendly οΌknowledgeable,patient n helpful staff.After taking into account of our requirements,she recommended Terns n two models of Dahon.She explained to us ingreat details the pros and cons.Most importantly,we are given ample opportunity to test on the three models.
(Bike Shop there has a spacious,quiet,longstretch of back lane for test riding)Her elderly assistant was very friendly n helpful too.
End up buying the Dahon Hit.
Great experience n nice price offered.
A wonderful n awesome experience at the Bike Shop !

β β β β β Got this Tern foldie at the shop. Sales service is impeccable: Liz is very patient in fielding our questions and she keeps encouraging us to try out various models to find one that suits our preferences perfectly. The shop is also located next to a free car park and in a terrain with slopes of different gradients. Spent a wonderful time in the afternoon choosing our bike. Strongly recommending this shop!
